11:00am – A Tour of Europe's Signature Olive Oils
Brad Hedeman, Marketing & Product Selection at Zingerman's Mail Order
What do olive oils taste like? They run the gamut of flavors, but in short they "taste like where they are from." In the wine world they call that terroir. Today we'll taste the terroir of three different oils from three different countries: Italy, Spain, and France.
Join Zingerman's food finder and scribe, Brad Hedeman, and discover the differences of the dirt and find out why at Zingerman's we say "you really can taste the difference."
Take your own tour de oil at Zingerman's Deli. Or shop Zingermans.com and share our wares with friends across the country.

Jenny Santi, Marketing & Communications Manager at Zingerman's Delicatessen
Learn the 5-step recipe to taste like a Zingerman's Expert! Tasting like an expert means that you: learn how it’s supposed to taste, use your professional palate and not your personal taste, identify good or not so good versions, and most importantly you aren’t rude to your food.
